STORE POLICIES

If you are not completely satisfied with a Royal Builds purchase or service for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for Royalbuilds.net purchases and services. Products must be returned in new or gently used conditions (some exceptions may not apply). Royal Builds monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. Regarding financing options, we confirm that we do not offer Klarna for any computer services.

Purchasing and Refund/cancellation Policy

 

RoyalBuilds.net purchases can be easily returned (FREE or with a small return shipping or handling fee) by mail if you use a pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below). We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

  • When you return your purchase to RoyalBuilds.net by mail and we receive your item within 7-14 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit card or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase of the item(s). If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.

  • Cancellation may be requested within the first 48 hours of purchase. Please call us at 772-202-8560 to have us issue the cancellation if it cannot be fulfilled on your end.

  • If you choose to have us pickup the items in person (Florida), please allow up to 48 hours for the pickup (a small convenience fee may apply).

  • Unsatisfied with the service? Any major issues within the first 10 business days of receiving the end product may be taken care of for you FREE of charge. Ensure you purchase the tech support RoyalBuilds warrantee for up to an additional 3 months of technical assistance.

  • Items purchased on RoyalBuilds,net may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to RoyalBuilds outside of the returns window, not in new or gently used condition, without a receipt, or not purchased at RoyalBuilds, may not be credited back or returned to you.

Fulfillment Policy

Royalbuilds.net ("we" and "us") is the operator of (http://royalbuilds.net) ("Website"). By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below.

These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

  • Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-timethere may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs​

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for import fees on international shipments with the corresponding shipping service.

3. Parcels Damaged In Transit

  • If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

4. Duties & Taxes

  • Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

5. Cancellations

  • If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

6. Insurance

  • Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

  • We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

  • We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Shipping Policy

 

The following shipping methods are available:

 

  • Local in-person delivery (Free of charge): Applies only to customers within approximately a 50 mile radius of the Orlando, Florida area. Please allow up to 48 hours for the order to arrive.

  • Standard Ground via FEDEX or UPS: Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4-10 business days depending on delivery location. Standard shipping fees apply. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will take an additional 2-5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional delivery fee.
